Combine eggs, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

Stir in chicken; mix well with hands and shape into 3/4-inch patties.

In skillet cook patties in margarine over medium heat for 2 or 3 minutes per side or until golden brown; drain.

Arrange in baking pan.

Cook pepper and onion in oil until tender.

Remove from heat.

Add 1/2 cup water and remaining ingredients, except for Mozzarella.

Spoon sauce on patties.

Sprinkle with Mozzarella. Bake at 350Β° uncovered for 25 minutes.
