Italian Biscotti
Italian Biscotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 5 egg whites, 1 1/4 tsp. almond extract and 3 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
In a large bowl, cream sugar and margarine; beat in eggs and extract on high for 2 minutes until fluffy.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in almonds and spread into pan baking 25 to 30 minutes in a 350Β° oven until brown; remove and cool.
Cut in desired shapes.
Makes 4 dozen.
