Italian Beef Supper
Italian Beef Supper is an moderately easy dinner. Brown beef in skillet.
Add salt, tomato, water and frozen vegetables.
Bring to a full boil over medium heat, separating the vegetables with a fork and stirring to blend sauce cubes.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 minutes.
Bring again to a boil.
Stir rice; cover.
Remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
