Italian Beef Patties
Italian Beef Patties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste, 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs and 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine beef, salt, garlic, 1 teaspoon tomato paste, egg, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Shape into 6 patties.
Brown patties on both sides in a skillet.
Drain excess fat.
Combine remaining tomato with water, parsley, oregano and basil.
Pour over patties.
Top with Mozzarella cheese and pepper rings. Simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve on noodles.
