Italian Beef
Italian Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. boneless chuck roast, 1 can beef broth, 1 can beer, 2 onions, thinly sliced and 1 jar (1 1/2 c. with juice) jalapeño peppers, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a roasting pan, spray first with cooking spray, sprinkle both sides of meat with salt, pepper, garlic and oregano.
Lay sliced onions and peppers on top of meat.
Pour broth, beer and pepper juices on top of meat.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 300° for 4 hours.
When done, shred meat with 2 forks. Refrigerate broth mixture and skim fat when cool.
Add to meat mixture and reheat.
Serve on Italian rolls.
