Italian Baked Chicken Breasts
Italian Baked Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 split skinned boneless chicken breasts, 3 (10 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli spears, 6 thick slices mozzarella cheese, 1 c. frying magic and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Coat chicken breasts in Frying Magic.
In large skillet, heat oil and cook chicken about 7 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove from skillet and onto plate.
Steam broccoli spears and when done, add broccoli and garlic to same skillet.
Saute for 5 minutes.
In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, lay out broccoli spears. Place chicken breasts on top of spears and cheese slices on chicken.
Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Delicious.
