Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
With electric mixer at medium speed, mix shortening, egg, vanilla and honey until very light and fluffy.
At low speed, beat in flour mixture, oats, nuts, raisins and chocolate.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork.
Bake 10 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen.
