Island Teriyaki
Island Teriyaki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. wesson oil, 1 tsp. ginger and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, ginger, salt and pepper in deep bowl; mix well.
Cut steak into thin slices.
Add steak and water chestnuts to marinade; toss until coated.
Marinate for 2 hours at room temperature.
Thread steak strips on skewers, accordion fashion, alternately with water chestnuts.
Broil or grill over hot coals, turning frequently until done.
