Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix eggs, buttermilk and Crisco oil. Set aside.
In a very large bowl, mix dry ingredients and raisins. Pour in buttermilk mixture and stir with wooden spoon.
As mixture gets thick, use bare hands to be sure all ingredients are mixed together well. Equally divide mixture into 3 well buttered bread pans.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Insert clean toothpick to test for doneness.
If particles cling to toothpick, bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
