Irish Soda Bread

Mix together flour, salt and baking soda.
Add butter or margarine; cut into flour to make fine crumbs.
Add raisins and caraway seed.
Make a well in the center and add buttermilk.
Mix to make a soft dough.
Turn out on a floured board and knead for 1 minute.
Pat or roll out to a circle 1 1/2-inches thick.
Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Make a deep cross in center with a floured knife.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 425Β°.
