Irish Potato Casserole
Irish Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 c. potatoes, 1 large onion, 1 (15 oz.) can onion soup, salt and pepper and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown the ground beef; drain off fat.
In a casserole dish, slice the potatoes, using a layer of potatoes, layer of onion. Pour 1/2 of both cans of soup over the potatoes and onion.
Cook until potatoes begin to soften when a fork is inserted. Take out of oven, mixing other half of both soups, flour, salt and pepper. Stir real good.
Add ground beef to potatoes and onion, pouring flour soup over potatoes.
Top with cheese. Return back to oven about 15 minutes at 300Β° or until soup thickens.
