Irish Cottage Cheese Pie

Line a pie plate with pie crust (bought or made). Start creaming the cheese in mixer bowl at low speed, gradually adding milk, flour, butter, vanilla, eggs, sugar and salt.
Pour into pie dish. Bake at 400° to start for 15 minutes, then 350° for 3/4 to 1 hour.
If desired, blow cinnamon on top before putting in the oven.
