Indian Flatbread
Indian Flatbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. unbleached flour, 1 c. whole wheat flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. butter, melted and 1/4 c. milk, room temperature, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine flours with salt.
In a large bowl, mix milk with 3/4 cup of warm water.
Add 1 tablespoon of the butter and gradually begin adding flour.
Blend well to make a soft dough, adding more flour or water as necessary.
The consistency should be a little less firm than loaf-bread dough.
Cover bowl with a lint-free cloth and let the dough "rest" for about an hour.
Then turn it out onto a floured surface and divide into 4 equal parts.
