Indian Corn Casserole
Indian Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, well beaten, 1/4 c. enriched flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 c. shredded sharp process cheese and 2 (1 lb.) cans whole kernel corn, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine eggs, flour and sugar; beat well.
Add cheese and corn.
Stir in about 3/4 of the bacon.
Turn mixture into an ungreased baking dish; sprinkle remaining bacon over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
