Hungarian-Style Goulash
Hungarian-Style Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine or butter, 6 medium-sized onions (about 2 lb.), thinly sliced, 2 lb. stew beef, cut into 1-inch chunks, 1/4 c. paprika (yes, this much) and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In 5-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat, in hot margarine or butter, cook onions until lightly browned.
Add meat, paprika and salt.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours until meat is fork-tender.
Stir in sour cream; heat through (do not boil).
Serve over noodles.
Makes 8 servings.
