Hungarian Pork Paprika
Hungarian Pork Paprika is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 4 tsp. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut boneless pork in strips.
Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
Toss with meat.
Brown meat, garlic and onion in hot oil. Stir in tomatoes.
Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 20 minutes or until meat is tender, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat.
Take 1/2 cup of mixture from skillet.
Blend with sour cream, then add sour cream mixture back into remaining mixture in skillet.
Do not boil.
Serve over noodles.
Very good with chicken or beef.
