Hungarian Goulash
Hungarian Goulash is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 2 lb. cubed beef (1-inch), 1 medium onion, diced, 2 medium cloves garlic, diced and 1 large can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt the butter and brown onion, garlic and beef.
Add the tomato sauce, spices, mushrooms and 1 cup water.
Simmer and stir occasionally for 2 hours.
Add 1/2 cup water and flour to thicken.
Serve over egg noodles.
