Hungarian Almonds
Hungarian Almonds is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, 1 tbsp. paprika, 2 tsp. garlic, 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper and 2 c. whole natural almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large bowl beat egg whites until frothy.
Mix in paprika, garlic salt and cayenne pepper; blend thoroughly.
Add almonds; toss to coat evenly.
Spread in single layer on lightly oiled baking sheet.
Bake in 300Β° oven 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally until lightly toasted.
Loosen from pan and cool. Stor in airtight container.
Makes 2 cups.
Very good for the holidays.
