Place bran and 3/4 cup milk in mixing bowl.
Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
Add egg, pancake mix and milk; stir.
Drain huckleberries, if necessary.
Any fruit may be used instead.
Mix in the huckleberries.
Fry bran cakes as you would pancakes.
This is our favorite Saturday breakfast.
