Hot Seafood Salad Casserole
Hot Seafood Salad Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. celery, 1/2 c. onion, 1 green pepper, 1 tbsp. butter and 1 can crab meat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook chopped celery, finely chopped onion and finely chopped green pepper in butter (1 tablespoon) for 15 minutes.
In a saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter.
Add the flour, milk, mayonnaise, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook slowly until creamy, stirring constantly.
Add the cooked vegetables, shrimp, crab, tuna and mushrooms.
Line a buttered dish, 7 x 11-inch, with 1 cup cooked rice.
Pour in the mixture.
Cover with buttered crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 300Β°.
