Hot Pineapple Salad
Hot Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pineapple tidbits, 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 small can crushed pineapple, 1 small pkg. cream cheese and 2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, layer the drained pineapple, cream cheese and marshmallows.
In a saucepan, mix sugar, flour, eggs and drained juice; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Mixture will be consistency of thin pudding.
Pour thickened sauce over pineapple mixture; top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes until cheese is slightly brown around edges.
