Hot Mushroom Dip
Hot Mushroom Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 garlic clove, minced and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Fry bacon, drain and reserve 2 tablespoons fat in skillet. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic.
Cook on medium heat until mushroom liquid is evaporated.
Mix in flour, salt and pepper. Add cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
Reduce heat to low.
Stir until melted and combined.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sour cream and bacon.
Serve warm with crackers.
Can be refrigerated and reheated slowly.
