Hot Fudge Sauce
Hot Fudge Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 4 oz. sq. unsweetened chocolate, 3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 13 oz. can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine butter and chocolate in top of double boiler.
Cook over hot (not boiling) water until melted.
Gradually stir in sugar, 1/4 cup at a time, stirring well after each addition. Mixture will be very thick and dry.
Add salt and milk slowly, stirring constantly.
Serve hot.
Yields 4 cups.
