Hot Fudge Sauce
Hot Fudge Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick imperial margarine, 2 sq. (1 pkg.) unsweetened chocolate, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt butter and chocolate over low heat.
Remove from heat and stir in sugar, about 4 tablespoons at a time.
Mix will be very thick.
Sprinkle in salt and slowly stir in milk.
Return to stove top and bring to boil over medium-low heat so to dissolve well. Stir often.
Boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Will thicken as it cools; serve over ice cream.
Store in glass jar with lid in refrigerator.
Will last quite a while.
