Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
Hot Fudge Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sugar, divided, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 7 tbsp. cocoa, divided, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In medium mixing bowl combine 3/4 c. sugar, flour, 3 Tbsp. cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Blend in milk, melted butter, and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Pour batter into square pan, 8x8x2-inch or 9x9x2-inch.
In small bowl combine remaining 1/2 c. sugar, brown sugar and remaining 4 Tbsp. cocoa. Sprinkle evenly over batter.
Pour hot water over top, do not stir.
Bake 40 minutes or until center is ALMOST set.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Spoon into desert dishes, spooning sauce from bottom of pan over top.
Garnish as desired.
