Hot Fudge Pudding
Hot Fudge Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl.
Stir in milk and shortening.
Stir in nuts.
Spread in a 9-inch pan.
Mix brown sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa; sprinkle over batter.
Pour hot water over batter and bake for 45 minutes.
During baking, cake mixture rises to top and chocolate sauce settles to bottom. Invert square of pudding on dessert plates.
Dip sauce from pan over each, or the entire platter.
Serve warm, with or without whipped cream.
