Hot Cole Slaw
Hot Cole Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. cider vinegar, 1/4 c. water, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/4 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place vinegar, water, salt, sugar, paprika, mustard and oil in a pan and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Combine eggs and cream.
Stir a little of the hot mixture into egg-cream mixture. Continue stirring and slowly pour remaining hot mixture into the egg mixture.
Return to pan and cook on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Mix together cabbage, pimiento and pickle relish.
Pour hot dressing over and toss lightly.
Serve immediately.
