Hot Clam Dip
Hot Clam Dip is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. minced clams (about a 7 to 8 oz. can), 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1/4 lb. butter, 1 small onion, minced and 1 clove garlic, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Simmer clams in own juice with lemon juice until 1/2 volume.
Sauté all ingredients, but breadcrumbs and cheese, in butter.
Add clams and breadcrumbs to mixture.
Put in crock or any oven-safe dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Serve with crackers and Tabasco.
