Hot Chicken Salad
Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole boned, skinned chicken, cut into chunks or use 4 chicken breasts, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine chicken, celery, onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, almonds and mayo.
Press half of mixture into large casserole or Corning Ware dish.
Cover with half sliced eggs.
Top with remaining chicken and eggs.
Top with soup, then top with chips. Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 8 to 10.
