Hot Artichoke Dip
Hot Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Drain artichoke hearts and mash well with a fork.
Do not use blender.
Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
Mix together and spread into a baking dish large enough to spread the mixture to about 1/2-inch thick. Sprinkle top with paprika and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Serve with crackers of any variety.
Makes 2 cups.
