Hot and Sour Chinese Soup
Hot And Sour Chinese Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 dried chinese mushrooms (can use canned sliced mushrooms), 3 c. chicken broth, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 c. drained bamboo shoots, cut into strips and 1/4 lb. lean pork, cut into strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Soak mushrooms in boiling water in a small bowl for 15 minutes. Drain, discard stems and slice caps.
Combine broth, soy sauce, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and pork in medium pan. Bring to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer 3 minutes. Add bean curd, lemon juice and pepper. Bring to a boil.
