Horseradish Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and dash of red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat, add flour, salt and both peppers, stirring until smooth.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Stir in horseradish and lemon juice.
Cook until sauce is thoroughly heated.
Serve hot with corned beef or roast beef.
