Honey Wheat Bread
Honey Wheat Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese, 1/2 c. honey, 1/4 c. butter or margarine and 5 1/2 to 6 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In saucepan, heat milk, cottage cheese, honey and butter until very warm (120° to 130°).
In a large bowl, combine warm liquid, whole wheat flour, 1 cup white flour and remaining ingredients. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
By hand, stir in remaining flour. Knead dough for about 2 minutes.
Place in greased bowl.
Cover and let rise.
Divide into 3 parts and put into greased loaf pans. Let rise again.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
