Honey Wheat Bread
Honey Wheat Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~), 1 egg, 3/4 c. honey and 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water in large mixing bowl. Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in egg and next 5 ingredients.
Add whole wheat flour.
Beat at medium speed until smooth.
Stir in enough all-purpose flour to make stiff dough.
Turn onto floured board.
Knead 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover.
Let rise in warm place until doubled.
Punch down.
Divide in half. Shape into 2 loaves.
Place into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
Cover and let rise until doubled.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
