Honey Spiced Chicken
Honey Spiced Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 - 3 lb whole chicken, cut up, 1/2 c. of washington honey, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted and 1/4 c. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Combine honey, salt, butter, mustard and curry powder.
Mix well.
Dip chicken pieces in sauce and place chicken skin side up in a roasting pan.
Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
Baste occasionally with remaining sauce.
Serve over rice if desired.
