Honey-Pecan Pork Chops
Honey-Pecan Pork Chops is an easy dinner. Made with 4 fresh pork chops, 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 3 tbsp. butter, divided, 1/4 c. honey and 1/4 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Pound each chop to 1/4-inch thickness.
Dredge chops in flour, shaking off excess.
Heat one tablespoon butter in heavy skillet over medium heat.
Add chops and brown on both sides, about 5 to 6 minutes.
Stir together remaining butter, honey and pecans.
Add to skillet; stir gently.
Cover and simmer gently for 7 to 8 minutes.
Remove pork chops to serving platter and pour the sauce over them.
