Honey Cake
Honey Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oil (canola), 1 c. sugar, 3 egg yolks, 1 c. honey and 2 1/2 c. flour, sifted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Blend together oil, sugar and egg yolks; add honey.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, ginger and salt.
Add dry ingredients to egg mixture alternately with coffee.
Fold in well beaten egg whites.
Pour into lightly greased tube pan and bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
