Homemade Summer Sausage

Made with 3 lb. hamburger, 1 lb. sausage or chicken, ground, 2 tsp. liquid smoke, 4 tbsp. morton curing salt (tender quick) and 1 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all together.
Cover and store in refrigerator for 24 hours. Make into four loaves. Wrap in aluminum foil, leaving ends open. Poke holes in bottom of foil. Place loaves on cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes at 350Β°. Slice thin.
Serve with crackers. Keep in refrigerator.
