Homemade Rolls
Homemade Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. milk, 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. butter and 1 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Scald milk.
Stir in sugar, salt and butter; cool.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add cooled milk mixture and 3 cups flour; stir until smooth.
Add enough flour to make a soft dough.
Put mixture on a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic.
Add any additional flour, if necessary.
Place mixture into a buttered bowl and butter top of dough.
Cover; let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk, approximately 1 hour.
When ready, punch down dough.
Let it rest for about 10 minutes.
