Homemade Mayonnaise is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 2 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Into blender put egg, vinegar, mustard, salt and 1/4 cup of oil.
Cover blender.
Blend 15 seconds on chop.
Remove cover and pour in remaining oil in a fast stream.
Blend 3 seconds on liquefy.
Store in small sealed container in refrigerator.
