Homemade Health Cereal
Homemade Health Cereal is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 2 hours 2 minutes. Made with c. oats (old fashioned), c. chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds), c. coconut, c. sunflower seeds and c. whole wheat flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
Mix honey and oil together.
Add honey and oil to dry mixture and mix thoroughly until moist and in clumps.
Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Spread mixture in 2 or 3 pans with sides.
Bake 15 minutes.
Stir from sides to center.
Bake 5 more minutes and stir.
Repeat every 5 minutes for 25 to 30 minutes.
Should spread out and be loose.
Spread on paper to cool.
Store in canister or Ziploc bags.
Add dried fruits of choice.
