Homemade Chips
Homemade Chips is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. corn or flour tortillas (corn are lower in fat), cumin seasoning and lite salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cut stack of tortillas into 8 wedges each.
Spread wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle with cumin and lite salt. Bake at 375Β° about 10 minutes or until dry and crisp.
Monitor your chips as to not overbrown.
You might turn them after 5 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
When serving, freshen up in the microwave about one minute.
Let sit about 5 minutes before serving, or they will be soft and chewy.
Makes about 200 chips, 1 fat gram for 20 chips.
