Hollandaise Sauce
Hollandaise Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter, 3 egg yolks and 3 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cut butter in 4 or 5 pieces.
Put in top of double boiler with egg yolks and lemon juice.
Let stand at room temperature for 1/2 hour or more.
Just before serving, heat over gently boiling water 1 1/2 minutes, stirring briskly with wooden spoon.
Serve at once over broccoli or asparagus.
