Hollandaise Sauce
Hollandaise Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 3 egg yolks, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. salt and pinch of cayenne or tabasco sauce or white pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a small saucepan heat to bubbling (but do not brown) the butter.
Into blender container put
3 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Cover container and turn to low speed.
Immediately remove cover and put in the hot butter in a steady stream.
When all butter is blended, turn off motor.
Makes 3/4 cup.
