Holiday Mint Pie
Holiday Mint Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. fudge mint cookies, crushed, 3 tbsp. hot water, graham cracker crust, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix cookies and hot water; spoon over crust.
Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar, milk and peppermint extract.
Fold in whipped topping.
Divide mixture in half.
Add green food coloring to half.
Fill pie crust, alternating dollops of white and green whip.

Chill for 3 hours.
