Holiday Mashed Potatoes
Holiday Mashed Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. potatoes, 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature), 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel and cook potatoes.
While hot, mash potatoes in a large bowl until all lumps are gone.
Chop the cream cheese into small pieces and add to potatoes along with butter.
Beat well until butter and cheese are melted and completely mixed.
Add sour cream. Combine milk and eggs.
Add to potatoes with salt and pepper.
Beat well until fluffy.
Put in greased 9-inch round casserole and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β° until lightly browned.
Serves 8 to 12.
