Holiday Fruit Salad
Holiday Fruit Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained and chopped, 3 oranges, peeled and sectioned, 1 large apple, cored and chopped (unpeeled) and 1 banana, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine egg yolk, sugar, vinegar and butter in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
Remove from heat; add marshmallows, stirring until melted.
Stir in whipped topping.
Pour dressing over fruit; toss gently until well coated. Yield
8 servings.
