Holiday Eggnog
Holiday Eggnog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 beaten egg yolks, 5 stiffly beaten egg whites, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 to 3 c. bourbon and 1/2 c. rum, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In large bowl, combine yolks with sugar gradually, beating constantly.
Stir in bourbon and rum gradually.
Fold in milk, egg whites and cream.
Pour into punch bowl and chill.
Garnish with nutmeg when ready to serve.
