Holiday Eggnog
Holiday Eggnog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 beaten eggs yolks, 5 stiffly beaten egg whites, 1/1 c. sugar, 2 to 3 c. bourbon and 1/1 c. rum, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a large bowl combine yolks with sugar gradually, beating constantly.
Stir in bourbon and rum gradually, beating constantly. Fold in milk, egg whites and cream.
Pour mixture into punch bowl; chill.
Garnish with nutmeg when ready to serve.
Be sure to sprinkle nutmeg on top, do not dump all at once.
