Hickory Nut Cake
Hickory Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. butter, 3 eggs, 1/8 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream together sugar and butter.
Add eggs.
Beat on medium speed of mixer for 2 minutes.
Mix dry ingredients together lightly with a fork.

Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
